Job Description:

ObserveID is seeking a quality C# Back-End Developer to help develop code and .Net solutions as part of our fast-growing Cloud Security and Engineering team. This person will play an integral part with respect to the designing, writing, and maintaining of C# coding for our current ongoing and future projects. In the role, you will be expected to contribute to design and planning sessions, as well as research and development of our Cloud security posture as it relates to the coding for the current and evolving ObserveID SaaS platform.

The successful candidate will report to the Chief Product Officer. This person must be well-acquainted with C# and the .Net framework, have excellent coding abilities, and be able to dissect problems to determine best outcome and solutions. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be a top-quality C# developer with the ability to perform full-stack development, as well as handle the creation and maintenance of .Net applications. The success candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and developing C# / .NET solutions for ObserveID’s current and future platforms.
  • Creating in-house applications using the .NET framework that can be applied to our product.
  • Analyzing, debugging, and maintaining written code.
  • Defining, managing, and organizing various projects on an ongoing basis.
  • Identifying, reporting, and resolving issues related to .NET projects.
  • Identifying, reporting, and handling technical risks and outcomes.
  • Working independently as well as a part of a larger project team alongside other developers.
  • Providing technical support to various stakeholders at ObserveID.
  • Reporting on project status updates, milestones, and developments to senior management.
  • Participating and contributing in project meetings with management and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • University/College Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT or related field, and/or 5 + years of related work experience (required).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience as a C# programmer or developer.
  • C#, .Net 5, and Microsoft Visual Studio certification and experience.
  • Knowledge of other coding languages including, but not limited to PHP, C+, Java, etc.
  • Keen ability to write high-quality, clean, and easy to understand code, as well as understanding of the development process.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, as well as part of a larger team.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, dynamic, and evolving work environments.
